rag & bone x Air Jordan XX // Coming Soon

Carmelo Anthony and Jordan Brand come together with clothing label rag & bone for an exclusive capsule that features an assortment of apparel and two renditions of the Air Jordan XX.

Both Carmelo Anthony and founder of rag & bone, Marcus Wainright, both believe that the silhouette is overlooked and thought it would be the perfect selection to complete the capsule.

The XX stays fairly true to the original aesthetic while absorbing elements of rag & bone, as well as Carmelo Anthony’s personal style. Equipped with a Flyknit upper construction, the shoe also incorporates neutral tones into the styles that are ideal for fall weather, while the makeup of the outsole is inspired by the laser etchings on the straps of the original Jordan XX. Lastly, the shoes come equipped with reflective details and interchangeable patches for a customized look.

The rag & bone x Air Jordan XX doesn’t have an official release date yet, but stay tuned with Nice Kicks for more details about the upcoming release.

Nike KD 11 “EYBL” // Coming Soon

The basketball world is fixated on LeBron and the Lakers, but let’s not forget Kevin Durant is the man with the recent rings. Shifting attention to the current champion while focusing on the next generation looking to take it, the Nike KD 11 “EYBL” is seen in official images.

Designed with the top hoops prospects in mind, the Elite Youth Basketball League theme has long been exclusive to those that are, well, elite and young. With that said, official images of said shoe suggest a retail release could be happening, providing the most pop worthy KD 11 we’ve seen yet.

Sporting shades last seen on the KD V “DC Pre Heat,” this pair certainly has more sauce than its predecessor with crimson and volt popping off the Flyknit upper. A React sole with Zoom Air embedded completes the look with a clear facade.

Drop details are unknown on the Nike KD 11 “EYBL” but get a good look at them below.

Nike Air Max 90/1 “University Red” Releasing Soon

Hybrid sneakers aren’t exactly a science. Sometimes they work and other times they don’t. Nike, for the better part of the last two years, has grown extremely proficient at melding iconic styles together to evoke newness. They’ve come to understand what sneakers to join and how exactly to pair them together.

The Nike Air Max 90/1 is about as subtle a hybrid as you’ll see. Not nearly as overt as, say, the Air VaporMax Plus, this matrimony pits an Air Max 1 upper above Air Max 90 tooling with relative ease. There’s very little that feels contrived here; someone partial to either shoe could still appreciate this one as they feel right at home in traditional mesh and suede fabrication alongside OG blocking.

Initial reports pinned the Nike Air Max 90/1 “University Red” for a fall 2018 release. However, it appears the shoe may drop before climate returns to a chill. Stay tuned for more on this impending release.

Cardi B Proudly Reveals Her Album Is Dropping Very Soon

Last night (March 11), Cardi B proved once again that her charisma could take over any award show she goes too. Cardi started the iHeartRadio Music Awards off with a performance of “Bodak Yellow” and “Bartier Cardi” before walking away with the Best New Artist award. During her speech, she gave fans an update on when they can expect her long-awaited debut.

“My album will be coming in April,” said Cardi. “Yes, sir, April. Stay tuned, motherfuckers.”

The “Motorsport” star also took time out of her acceptance speech to thank her publicist, label, and fiancé Offset. However, it wouldn’t be a Cardi speech without a little bit of bite for her detractors.

“I want to thank my fans, Bardi Gang, because even when I’m wrong, they be like, ‘She’s still right,’” said Cardi. “I want to thank my haters too, because they be downloading my stuff so they can hear it and talk crap about it, but it benefits me.”

In a Beats 1 Radio interview with Julie Adenuga, the “Finesse” rapper described why she will always rap about her haters.

“I’m always gonna talk about them because I hate them,” said Cardi. “I hate y’all. I wish y’all catch something. … I’m not too cool to tell your fucking ass something. Like, how your fucking square ass is gonna talk about me?”

Guess we’ll have to wait until April to see what the anti-Cardi brigade has to say about an entire album of slander.
