Watch Kanye West And Lil Pump Basically Become Lego People In ‘I Love It’ Video

It’s been a big week for Kanye West. After tweeting an apology to Drake for letting their relationship sour, he served as the creative director for the inaugural Pornhub Awards Thursday night (September 6).

In this role, ‘Ye apparently assisted with the particular design of the trophies for the ceremony, and NSFW merch bearing the likenesses of night’s winners is currently available for purchase at the Yeezy online store. But Kanye didn’t stop there; he also dropped a brand-new song with Lil Pump called “I Love It,” the video for which is an absolute trip.

The song itself only spans about two minutes, but the accompanying visual (directed by Kanye and Amanda Adelson) squeezes every moment of lunacy from those 130 seconds. It doesn’t amount to much more than Kanye and Pump warped and shrunk into what might be best described as Lego block people, waddling along and delivering the song’s hook: “You’re such a fucking ho / I love it.” But that’s plenty.

Kanye and Pump rock comically overlarge footwear; Kaney’s is an exaggerated version of the sandals he was ridiculed for wearing to 2 Chainz’s wedding in late August. Comedian Adele Givens gets a featured credit here, too, for a bit of her standup that bookends the song.

It’s notable that apart from a verse that’s mostly Kanye repeating, “I’m a sick fuck, I like a quick fuck,” his contributions to the song come from winking ad-libs, including one particularly knowing “scoop!” halfway through the song. The whole thing is wild, and you can watch it, in its fairly NSFW glory, above.

Lil Xan On His New Song With Noah Cyrus: ‘I Fell In Love Really Fast’

It’s an exciting time to be Noah Cyrus and Lil Xan. Just hours after dropping their first collaborative track, the couple made their red pink carpet debut at the MTV Video Music Awards on Monday night (August 20).

While speaking to MTV News before the show, Xan and Noah talked up “Live or Die,” a mellow love song that finds them promising, “When you lay by my side / I see the whole world through your eyes / Ride or die, you and I.”

“We dropped it at midnight. It’s doing terrific. It’s a romantic, love kind of song. You know, I just fell in love with this girl really fast,” Lil Xan said, while Cyrus gushed beside him.

She added, “We wrote it really quick. We wrote, like, three songs in a week, and this was the one that we decided to put out. And we love it.”

As for those other two songs, the 18-year-old pop star and 21-year-old rapper — who confirmed their relationship with some Instagram PDA at the end of July — are still deciding how they’ll be released. They insist fans will hear the tracks eventually, and, in fact, an entire joint project (credited to both “Diego and Noah,” she said) may already be in the works.

“Some will go on her album, some will go on my album,” Xan explained. “And then we’re just going to continue making great music and keep on vibing. … A three-song EP, five-song EP — we’re so down for that.”

Check out “Live or Die” below, and keep those eyes peeled for more new music from Xan and Noah (#Xanoah?) — it sounds like these lovebirds are having quite the creative streak.

Nicki Minaj On Kylie Jenner Apparently Avoiding Her At The VMAs: ‘I Fucking Love Kylie’

Nicki Minaj, Travis Scott, and Kylie Jenner are the best Mad Libs pairing of celebrities in recent memory. During episode five of her Queen Radio show, Minaj cleared the air about Kylie after a video of the mogul reportedly avoiding her on the MTV Video Music Awards red carpet surfaced.

“I fucking love Kylie and that’s not going to change,” Minaj said. “This is not real life, this is entertainment. I love Kylie and so do my fans. Kim was on my first episode of Queen Radio — fucking love her. We’re not going to make something that it’s not. We’re not going to start any dumbass cat fights for your entertainment. This is strictly music, between musicians.”

Kylie potentially avoided Nicki Minaj at the VMAs because of tweets the Queens rapper posted a day before the awards ceremony. On Twitter, Nicki detailed why she felt she deserved the No. 1 album over Travis Scott’s Astroworld, after it secured the top spot on the Billboard 200.

“Travis sold over 50K of these,” Nicki wrote. “With no requirement of redeeming the album! With no dates for a tour, etc. I spoke to him. He knows he doesn’t have the #1 album this week.”

In a second tweet, Minaj doubled down on her assessment that Travis didn’t truly have the top album in the country.

“I put my blood sweat & tears in writing a dope album only for Travis Scott to have Kylie Jenner post a tour pass telling ppl to come see her & Stormi,” she continued. “I’m actually laughing. #Queen broke the record of being number 1 in 86 countries. Thank Jesus & thank you to my fans.”

Thankfully, it seems like the competitive spirit only pertains to the music. Listen to the entire episode on Apple Music.

Kanye West Reveals The Meaning Of ‘I Hate Being Bi-Polar, It’s Awesome’

Jimmy Kimmel brings out Kanye West’s most viral moments. The two have gone from Twitter spats filled with Spongebob memes to friendly appearances on-air. Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night (August 9), was no different. The late-night host briefly left the Chicago artist speechless after asking, “You so famously and so powerfully said George Bush doesn’t care about black people. It makes me wonder what makes you think that Donald Trump does, or any people at all?”

Surprisingly, the interview got more interesting when Kanye candidly described the meaning behind the phrase “I hate being bi-polar, it’s awesome,” which is written across the cover of his latest album, ye.

“It’s not an opposite. It’s not ‘I hate being bi-polar, it’s awesome,’ West explained. “It drives more of how you really feel. Doesn’t do a opposite thing. I think it’s important for us to have open conversations about mental health, especially with me being black, because we never had therapists in the black community. We never approach like taking medication or not. I think it’s good that when I had my first complete blackout at age five, my mom didn’t fully medicate me, because I might have never been Ye in this Times Square [building].”

Kanye also shared that his controversial statements on TMZ about 400 years of slavery seeming like “a choice,” was the result of being “ramped up” do to his bipolar disorder.

“At least, I’m happy that I know,” he continued. “Like even for this interview I knew I wanted to stay in a calm state, because by the time I got to TMZ I was ramped up. So what was awesome is that the world got to really experience someone in a ramped up state and that’s when you get these comments that just shoot out…They’re some cases of bi-polar where people go low. I’m one that goes high.”

Kanye also discussed producing five G.O.O.D. Music albums this summer and his favorite type of porn.

Cardi B’s ‘I Like It’ Video Features Shaved Ice And Bad Bunny Dance Moves

Can Cardi B have the song of the summer two years in a row? If “Bodak Yellow” is the reigning champ of 2017, then the release of the music video for “I Like It” featuring Bad Bunny and J Balvin is making a claim for 2018.

The Eif Rivera-directed visual is like a Santana video married an early 2000s Sean Paul video and they stopped at a resort manned by Snoop Dogg and Pharrell’s “Beautiful.” In short, “I Like It” is fun in the way any video with random shaved iced, Cardi B rapping about eating Halal, and Bad Bunny dancing like this is his last day on Earth could be. In an interview with Billboard, Bad Bunny described how the track came together.

“I remember I got a call and they told me that they wanted me to participate in Cardi B’s album,” Bunny said. “They told me the track was a surprise, even for her. The producers were working on it. She didn’t know that track was being made…I loved the track from the beginning.”

Cardi B is in the process of one last marketing push for her album Invasion of Privacy before she goes on a brief maternity leave. Last week, she proved once again that she is the ”Trap Selena” on Jennifer Lopez’s “Dinero” and dropped the Kill Bill-inspired video for “Be Careful.” It is safe to say Cardi is leaving fans with enough musical gifts until her triumphant return on tour with Bruno Mars this fall.

Kanye Chats About His adidas Ultra Boosts on “I Am Cait”

Kanye West has been busy this weekend. Between playing the Pan-American Games and previewing a new track, Yeezy seems to have his mind on the music and his feet on the stage.

Recently, Mr. West made a cameo on “I Am Cait.” All smiles, Kanye spoke on Caitlyn’s strength and ability to defy perception. Shortly after, Caitlyn’s mom and siblings asked Kanye about his unlaced and oft-worn adidas Ultra Boosts. Peep what he had to say in the video clip above.
