With #KobeWeek coming to an end it was only right that we featured a of couple of the Black Mamba’s signature kicks. In addition to showing Kobe some love we grabbed a few classic Jordan Brand models, a cozy Pendleton x NikeiD Air Force 1, and the adidas ZX Flux that started the entire Flux craze.

After you give the list a look let us know what your favorite wear of the week was in the comments section below. And as always, tag your on-foot Instagram photos with #TodaysKicks for a chance to be featured here on our site and on our Instagram page.

Sneakers Releasing This Weekend // December 4, 2015

As we mentioned last week, the Black Friday releases of the 2015 calendar year we’re arguably the greatest retail releases of the year thus far. Featuring a variety of notable staples such as the Air Jordan 8 “Aqua” and the latest Pusha T collaboration with adidas, it’s easy to see why you may be reluctant to dip back into your bank accounts for this week’s release. However, plenty of sneaker companies are making it difficult to be fiscally responsible as this week’s edition of Sneakers Releasing This Weekend is very formidable as well.

Is the Air Jordan 6 “Maroon” with Nike Air the Best Retro of 2015?

Although last year saw the Air Jordan 6 return in light of its 23rd anniversary, even with the Black/Infrared release last Black Friday many consider the silhouette’s next release to be the best of the last 15 months.

Fully equipped with Nike Air branding in customary position at the heel, the Air Jordan 6 “Maroon” returns on December 5. A retro release that has Jordan purists salivating, the shoe’s simplistic nature and remastered touch evokes a rise from not only Air Jordan 6 aficionados, but OG sneaker fans in general.

Calendar the Jordan Release Date referenced above and let us know if you think the Air Jordan 6 “Maroon” with Nike Air is the best Jordan Brand retro of 2015.

Preview // Nike “Wheat” Pack 2015

As the temperatures begin to drop, a variety of sneaker companies are beginning to drop notable silhouettes as well (see what I did there?), as we have captured a glimpse of the Nike “Wheat” Pack 2015. Featuring one of the more popular colorways in Nike’s history with the “Wheat” iteration, this pack employs several notable silhouettes such as the Nike Air Max 95, Nike Air Max 1 and the Air Max 90 that will garner a release date in December.

Aside from that, all of the models employ a mostly wheat styled upper with a cream midsole for further accentuation, while also eliciting decorative laces in the form of either wax or tribal-inspired makeups.

To see for yourself, check out the detailed images below provided by Sneakerbaas and continue to be on the lookout for this pack as it is set to drop on November 6th.
