Japanese magazine SENSE has released their latest editorial for Supreme featuring New York-based artist Lucien Smith. Shot by famed photographer Terry Richardson, Smith is seen wearing various outerwear pieces from Supreme’s 2014 fall/winter lineup, including flannel-themed hoodies and pants in addition to various bold printed pieces. Vans Classics 2014 Holiday Premium Leather Pack

From Vans comes its latest holiday pack consisting of three of its most popular classic silhouettes receiving a premium material treatment. The offering refines the Old Skool, Era, and Classic Slip-on silhouettes with tonal leather uppers in black, true white, and wine tasting colorways. Priced at $ 70 USD, $ 65 USD and $ 65 USD respectively, the leather-treated Old Skools, Eras, and Classic Slip-ons will be available at select Vans stockists and online soon.


Hermès 2014 Fall/Winter “Men etcetera” Video

Parisian fashion house Hermès kicked off its “Metamorphosis”-themed year with two quirky videos; one, aptly named “Metamorphosis,” detailed the brand’s vast 2014 offerings, and the other, “Man on the Move,” humorously highlighted the spring/summer menswear range. Continuing with the overall transformative nature, the revered brand premieres “Man etcetera.” While the above actor finds himself mysteriously transported through the “looking glass,” Véronique Nichanian’s fall/winter range becomes the “player in a surrealist performance, layering its sombre tones, and juxtaposing matte and shine in a mirror-perfect display.”

Benny Gold 2014 Fall/Winter Shirts

With the new school year now underway, Benny Gold returns with an appropriately-themed Fall/Winter 2014 “Albion” collection of academic-inspired goods. Included among this season’s standouts is the label’s range of shirts, including street-ready styles like the Scholar L/S Button Down Shirt and Academic Flannel L/S Button Down Shirt. Featuring a custom “scholar” motif, the former is an all-over pattern design with a corduroy collar and elbow pads, while the latter is Benny Gold’s contemporary take on the classic plaid flannel shirt. Both pieces are offered in versatile shades like grey, burgundy and marine, and can be found now — along with the brand’s Fall/Winter 2014 items — now at the HYPEBEAST Store.


MOTT32 by Joyce Wang Wins World Interior of the Year 2014

Coinciding with the World Architecture Festival in Singapore, its interior design equivalent INSIDE Festival has chosen Hong Kong-based Joyce Wang Interiors as the winners of the World Interior of the Year 2014 with its stunning design for high end restaurant MOTT32. Also located in Hong Kong, the restaurant is housed in a former storage vault that guarded the priceless heirlooms of wealthy Chinese immigrants, and thus the design takes cues from Western and Chinese culture while embracing the underground industrial nature of the space, incorporating decorative details such as Chinese propaganda posters, forgotten heirlooms and metal cages as light fittings. Says Joyce Wang on winning: “It was a Hong Kong project, it explored Hong Kong culture both past and present, which makes the project such a special one and winning this award even better.”


Behind the Scenes of fingercroxx 2014 Fall/Winter Lookbook

For Hong Kong-based streetwear imprint fingercroxx’s 2014 fall/winter lookbook it enlisted A$ AP Mob’s A$ AP ILLZ as well as model and cover girl for Pharrell’s G I R L LP India Menuez to bring its seasonal offerings to life. In the above video presented by international distributor I.T, we get a behind-the-scene glimpse of said lookbook as the two are seen walking the grungy streets of New York, climbing cabs and shooting finger-guns off the balconies of tall skyscrapers. LRG x Ebbets Field 2014 Fall/Winter Lookbook

Spawned in 1988, Ebbets Field Flannels has gone from strength to strength within the industry due to its meticulous approach to recreating uniforms. For this 2014 fall/winter season, the purveyor of vintage-style baseball apparel has teamed up with LRG to produce a limited collection. Consisting of an old-fashion wool and satin-lined ball cap, a wool baseball jersey featuring individually cut and embroidered numbers and lettering as well as a cotton-poly grounds keeper jacket with embroidered details on both sleeves, the refined line is a perfect start for the colder months. Upon closer inspection, you’ll find a wealth of details such as the patchwork on jackets, leather straps on the cap and embroidered letterings that reads “Conscious Heads Stay Lifted” — an ode to LRG’s philosophy of unwavering perseverance. The LRG x Ebbets Field collection is now available at LRG’s online store.


Vans California 2014 Holiday “Hickory Mix” Pack

For its latest release, Vans California looks to contrast not only colors, but materials in a two-part sneaker pack that consists of the Era Decon CA and new Sk8-Hi 46 CA – an updated Sk8-Hi with dissected quarter panels. Dubbed the “Hickory Mix,” this capsule collection pairs a soft black suede with a blue hickory-striped textile, a material typically seen on overalls and carpenter jeans. Both models will be available at select retailers during the month of October for $ 70 USD and $ 80 USD respectively.


Ne.Sense 2014 Fall/Winter “Outcast” Lookbook

Taipei-based Ne.Sense, otherwise known as Necessity Sense, will soon celebrate the opening of its first store on October 11. Cole Haan 2014 Fall/Winter ZeroGrand Chukka

Cole Haan’s most recent iterations of the Chukka boot incorporating ZeroGrand technology and tooling have had some big shoes to fill. Following-up on the runaway success of the LunarGrand of similar design sensibilities, the Chukka has been one of Cole Haan’s most widely embraced models. In a new range for Fall/Winter 2014, the highly flexible sole of the ZeroGrand is paired with three new colorways and materials of the Chukka. The collection is available now at Cole Haan with a retail price of $ 278 USD.
