Pharrell Makes Statement on New adidas Stan Smith Custom

Over the course of 2014, Pharrell has been a supporter of Hillary Clinton and the possibility of her presidential run. He’s also been an endorser of the adidas Stan Smith. The two worlds collide the day before the collaborative “Solids” Pack launches on a new Stan Smith custom. Using the royal pair from the upcoming pack as a canvas, this custom reads “Hillary Clinton Go to Ferguson” when reading the shoes from right to left. Flowery detailing plays to peace on this pair, sporting the same painted strokes as previous Skateboard P worn customs. Check out shots from Hypebeast of this presumed 1 of 1 and let us know your take on it in the comment section.

Every product has a hierarchy coined as “The Hero” within a design. This is the one particular material that defines and showcases a design to its full potential. Working in tandem with our CMD (color/material designer) is crucial to a successful cohesive product line in order to tell a deeper story to the consumer.
